This episode in the very popular series takes a most interesting psychological dark turn that loaded with tension as Harry becomes at odds with his own identity and friendships as he continues to fight He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. He's now 15 years old, and has four Voldemort battles under his belt, He's becoming frustrated with the growing skepticism about the return of the Dark Lord. The Ministry of Magic is also doubtful as all of Hogwarts comes under the watchful eye of an oppressive Ministry representative. There's also the additional problems of the upcoming O.W.L. exams and Hagrid's inexplicable absence. But Harry's main preoccupation is the wild dreams that he's having, which take him to places, and reveals events that both horrify and intrigue him. These dreams eventually lead him to a major confrontation, a tragic death, and a telling prophecy about his future. This may be the richest installment yet of this incredible series of books (#'s 6 and 7 to come).
